Like you, our dealership continues to navigate these challenging and unprecedented times. The spread of COVID-19 is top of mind, and we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our team members, customers and communities today, and every day.

Our Service Department is open and continues to offer contactless service options if preferred. Parts Department is open and continues to offer curbside pick up if preferred. Service and Parts are open 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Our Sales Department is also available, including test drives and is open 10am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday. Sundays we are closed.

For the safety of both our team members and customers, we will be maintaining social distancing if you visit our dealership.

Extra precautions have been taken in the following areas:

Service Parts and Sales

Key drop off box used for contactless service appointments. Please text or call 905-809-1048 to let us know you have arrived after you have filled out the envelope and dropped your keys inside the drop box.

We will be placing your keys in plastic bags upon check in to avoid hand-to-hand contact.

Our shuttle service is available by appointment only.

We do have curbside pick-up available for parts between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Please call parts department directly at (905) 668 6882

Areas that allow safe distancing when in the dealership. We have glass self-contained office areas strictly for the use of our customers and we have set up our sales reps in the adjoining office so we can converse without being in the same office…

Constant cleaning of all touch points and test drive vehicles after every use.

THINGS WE ASK OF OUR CUSTOMERS:

Please do not visit the dealership if you have been out of the country in the last 14 days, have been in contact with anybody who has been unwell, or if you yourself have felt unwell.

Please sanitize your hands once you arrive and before you leave the dealership.

Please wear your mask.

Maintain social distancing if you visit our dealership.

Active Covid-19 screening to be completed at reception desk, service and parts departments .
