I want to take this opportunity to thank Jay Hatch and his colleagues at Whitby Mazda for a truly enjoyable and “painless” shopping experience with them. I had been looking throughout the GTA for a newer Mazda 3 as a replacement for my old reliable 2007, I am a fan, so choosing another Mazda was not the issue…finding the right one , for a fair price was number one. Happily, from the time I booked the test drive last week, to the pickup of my new Mazda 3 GS , I am very happy to say that it was all I could have asked for , and more. Jay went out of his way to ensure my complete satisfaction with this new ride, and was hands on with all of my questions and “asks”. I was treated as an honored guest from the beginning, and drove away feeling completely happy. with my new purchase. I love these cars, and now I am a fan of the people and the service at Whitby Mazda too. Thank yo for everything you did for me, Jay. . You are a true “professional” , and this comes from someone who knows the sales game. It is a demanding business, and you came through with flying colors. Everyone I see is impressed , and I am happy to tell them of my entire experience. You were so kind, and I am very glad I chose you. I look forward to many more years with this new “Soul Red” ride.
