We’ve had great experiences with Whitby Mazda. We’re on our third CX-5. The vehicles have been awesome and the dealer is super relaxed. They don’t try and up sell you every step of the way. I have also brought my 2004 Miata in for service on two occasions. Because the car is an immaculate condition, I have asked them what service they think I need. In both cases they made smart recommendations and didn’t look at it as a chance to hose me.
